  • 1st Day - Usual meals

  • 2nd Day - Tin of vegetable soup with two dry toast or equivalent.

  • 3rd Day - Usual meals

  • 4th Day - Tin of vegetable soup with two dry toast or equivalent.

  • 5th Day - Usual meals ........... etc.

HINTS

Loof forward to next day's usual meals.
Eat half of soup and toast for lunch and half for supper.
It's easier than being on a regular diet.
Eat sensibly when taking 'usual' meals.
Don't expect weight loss too quickly but exercise will help.
It's easy to remember day to day.

Why do Politicians always use the less well off to subsidise the least well off, instead of the better off and most well off?
